1 Hour - Private Photoshoot

Capture your special day with horses! You’ll be hosted at Woodlands Lodge through the farmlands fields, whilst enjoying breathtaking city views, along with the serenity of being amid animals and nature. 

THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Photographer/videographer is NOT included. You will need to bring your own, and all participants will be required to sign a waiver.

2. We will provide up to 2 horses for 1 hour as a standard. Additional charges apply for additional horses. If you exceed your booked time on the day, there will be an additional 25% charged on the provided card for every 15 minutes over pre-booked time.

3. Helmets must be worn for safety, please specify if you require a photoshoot without a helmet and an additional waiver must be signed prior to the session. If only disclosed on the day, your booking time will be cut short to complete required paperwork.

4. Horses and ponies are allocated based on availability, experience, height and weight. Any special requests may not be guaranteed for safety of the session.

5. Arrival time is 15 minutes prior to booking time for check-in to ensure all documents have been signed. Latecomers will result in forfeit of the session or a shorter session at the discretion of our staff availability.
