50min Private Lesson - Woodlands Lodge

Learn to horse and ride with your very own private instructor! It's never too early or late to learn! Our private sessions are suitable for ages 4 years through to adult. With your own private instructor (1-to-1), we customise your session to support you in your individual development, both around horses and in the saddle. By booking into a casual lesson, this will give you flexibility to attend when convenient without the commitment of entering term structured lessons. Each session will consist of learning basic horsemanship, how to tack up your own horse, mount independently followed by a riding lesson. The session may not include a full 50 minute riding session depending on instructor and student's learning goals. Please email us if you would like to purchase a 10 session package.

THINGS TO NOTE: 

1. Wear long pants and covered shoes such as runners/sneakers or boots. Inappropriate clothing will result in forfeit of the session.

2. We will provide helmets.

3. Arrival time is 15 minutes prior to start time. Latecomers will result in forfeit of the session.

4. Horses and ponies are allocated based on availability, experience, height and weight. Any special requests may not be guaranteed for safety of the session.

5. Instructors will take photos and/or videos only if requested and can be downloaded via a link emailed to you automatically after each session within 48 hours.

6. No spectators will be allowed to enter the riding area.

**IMPORTANT: For bookings with less than a day notice or same day bookings, please call ahead to confirm availability (Office Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm). Public holiday surcharges apply.
